Neutrons (0) 4 (Limited amount)
In the beginning, there were many more protons than neutrons (ratio was roughly 7:1). Because the universe is too hot, they are bouncing around randomly and cannot stick together.
💡 UPSC Logic: If bricks are many but cement is limited, the wall will be small. Here, protons are many, but limited neutrons will restrict how much Helium can form.
